AxioVision Ratio
Analyze changes in concentration quantitatively
Would you like to determine changes in ionic concentration or pH value in intracellular processes after image acquisition?

With AxioVision Ratio you first generate a ratio image from two fluorescence channels (measurement signal/reference signal). In this ratio image the different fluorescence intensities are shown in color-coded form. You can then mark individual cells and measure how the concentration of calcium, for example, changes over time in these cells.

The marked cell, the ratio image, the intensity diagram and the raw data are displayed next to each other, enabling you to compare the results directly.

A ratio image shows how the ionic concentration or the pH value has changed
